Information you choose to provide

When you call, email, text, or use the estimate form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service area, requested service, property type, approximate property size, preferred cleaning frequency, preferred service date, and information you choose to share about your cleaning needs.

Secure form processing

Estimate requests are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function, checked by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, and delivered to the So Blessed Cleaning business mailbox. The website does not intentionally save form submissions in a customer database. Cloudflare and the business email provider process information as needed to transmit and protect the request.

Analytics information

This website is prepared to use Google Analytics 4 after it is activated. Google Analytics may collect information about how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions such as phone clicks, email clicks, estimate-form starts, estimate calls-to-action, and successful estimate-request submissions. Google’s handling of this information is governed by Google’s own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the requested cleaning scope, prepare or discuss an estimate, communicate about requested services, schedule or update service, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and improve the website and customer experience.

Text messaging and SMS privacy

If you expressly opt in to receive text messages from So Blessed Cleaning, we may use your mobile number to send conversational or transactional messages about estimate requests, scheduling, appointments, service reminders or changes, service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.

SO BLESSED CLEANING does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Sharing

So Blessed Cleaning does not sell the personal information you provide through direct inquiries. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate communications, spam prevention, analytics, website hosting, and business email. The mobile information and SMS opt-in data described above are excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

You may contact So Blessed Cleaning to ask about information you previously provided. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Browser settings and privacy tools may also limit analytics cookies or scripts.
